(Nursery provided for infants & toddlers, Children’s Chapel up to Second grade)

Contemporary Worship Service

We invite you to participate in our Contemporary Worship Service which is held every other month. We also incorporate contemporary music throughout our weekly worship. These exciting services are held at our regular Sunday Worship time at 11:00 AM. Come experience praise music, God’s Word through scripture, a message, and various offerings of praise through drama, liturgical dance, or videos. Please plan to join us for these exciting, uplifting services!

Bible Studies

We offer Adult Bible Study led by Pastor Harvey S. Leddy. Everyone is invited to attend.

Thursdays 6:30 PM in the conference room. *The group will decided what to study next in the fall.*

Each groups chooses their own material to study from September to May with a break during the Christmas season.

Children & Youth Programs

We offer a number of youth programs that are open to all children in the community. Activities include:

  • Sunday School
  • Youth Services (Shared with Bethany Christian Church)
  • Easter Egg Hunt
  • Vacation Bible School

Blessing Box

We have a new Blessing Box that is used to leave donations of non-perishable goods for the community.

Canned soups, Canned vegetables, Canned fruit, packaged fruit cups, Pasta & Pasta Sauce, Tuna cans, Water Bottles, juice boxes, crackers, school supplies, Pork and beans cans, Beanie Weenies, Toilet paper/ Tooth brushes/ toothpaste, Cereals, Vienna sausages, Ramen noodles, ball caps, diapers, and soaps

The Leadership Team has approved a new ministry request for a Prison Ministry. The mission is “to respond to the call from Matthew 25 to visit those in prison by corresponding with inmates identified as Christians needing encouragement in their own special walk of faith, advocating a peaceful lifestyle as given by the New Testament and taught by the Church of the Brethren’s tradition.” Those interested in participating should contact Janice May at

Sunshiner's Breakfast Group

The Sunshiner’s is a Christian social group that sponsors a variety of activities throughout the year. The Sunshiner’s meet monthly at K & W Cafeteria, 1609 Hershberger Rd., NW (*until we hear from Famous Anthony's about the fire*) location.

Knitting Group

The Knitting Group meets the first Saturday of every month at 10:00 am, with the exception of October which is used to celebrate Heritage Day at Camp Bethel. This group has something for knitters of all skill levels. Other crafts are also welcome!
